I. Corporate Quality Management System

        The quality of products is crucial to the safety of people’s lives and property, as well as to the success or failure of an enterprise. Therefore, since its founding, our company has established the business philosophy of “Quality First, Quality for Prosperity”. Our company has focused on building a comprehensive quality assurance system with continuous improvement.
        When building the quality management system, we have always adhered to the guiding idea of "Pioneering in technology and committed to outstanding quality."

        For years, we have carried out standardized management and control in the processes of design and development, production, installation, and service. Gradually, we have established a relatively complete set of corporate standards and systems, ensuring the continuous improvement of our quality management system. Over the years, our company has not encountered any major quality accidents, as the awareness of product quality has become deeply rooted in the hearts of our employees.

II. Product Quality Assurance

        1. We ensure that all processes, materials, and tests meet the requirements of relevant national standards and technical specifications; ensure that the provided equipment is made from the most suitable raw materials, produced using advanced processes, and is a brand-new, unused product; ensure that the quality, specifications, and performance of the products meet the requirements of customers.
        2. Our company takes responsibility for the quality of all matched components. All raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced components are produced and supplied by manufacturers certified by our company. They are strictly subject to our Quality Manual and Control Procedures for Receiving Inspection and Testing, in accordance with the Inspection Regulations for Raw Materials, Purchased Parts, and Outsourced Components. In this way, we rigorously control the quality of incoming materials. As required by the customer, we can provide technical documentation such as the qualification certificates of key component suppliers, quality certificates for the matched components, and operating instructions at the time of delivery.
        3. Test
                3.1 Each product is rigorously inspected and tested according to established standards and norms before being delivered from the factory. Only products that have been verified to meet all qualifications are approved for shipment. Each product is accompanied by an ex-factory test report, a product certification, and a installation and operation manual.
                3.2 As required by the customer, we will send staffs in time to join the acceptance trial test on site and handle all the procedures.
