IntroductionThe MNS type low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the switch cabinet) is one of the more advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgears currently available in the domestic market. This product is composed of standardized and integrated modules. Moreover, the drawers are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking devices, which make the use of the equipment safer and more reliable for users.
This switch cabinet is suitable for three-phase five-line power supply systems with an AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltages of 400V or 660V, and rated currents up to 5000A. It can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels and office buildings, airports, docks, as well as communication centers such as broadcasting and television. It serves as the control device for power generation, transmission and distribution, energy conversion, and energy-consuming equipment. Additionally, it provides reactive power compensation for the main bus through a capacitor compensation cabinet.
It meets national standards: GB 7251.1 Low Voltage Complete Switchgears and IEC 60439 Low Voltage Complete Switchgears and Control Equipment.
Model meaning
Use conditions>Surrounding air temperature not above +40℃, not below -5℃, 24h average temperature not above +35℃;
>Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not above 50% at +40℃, high relative humidity is allowed at low temperature, for example: 90% at +20℃; however, in view of temperature changes, condensation may be generated sometimes;
>>Altitude not above 2000m;
>The device is suitable for transportation and storage at following temperatures: -25℃~+55℃, not above +70℃ in a short time (less than 24h). The device should not suffer any irreversible damage under these extreme temperatures, and it should be able to function normally under normal conditions.
>If above use conditions are not met, the user should negotiate with the manufacturer;
>When this device is used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be concluded.
